Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment cycles for Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Manage relationships with key clients to understand their technical requirements and hiring goals.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and culture add.
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates efficiently to meet monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in placing hard-to-fill roles (DevOps, Backend, Full Stack, AI/ML).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of hitting sales and hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
