Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet immediate hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct screen interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or executive search.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Product Management roles.
- Strong understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area tech market and salary expectations.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily and monthly targets.
