As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for our diverse portfolio of clients, from healthcare and IT to manufacturing and engineering. Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from identifying talent and screening candidates to interviewing and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events to identify passive candidates in the San Antonio area.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure immediate fill rates for open requisitions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral and technical interviews to ensure candidate fit and culture alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on salary trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the local industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Track Record: Proven history of successful placements and meeting revenue targets.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the San Antonio job market and local industries (Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
