Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity roles.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and market positioning.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Proven ability to fill hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
