Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ATS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
