Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline optimization
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume placements (50+ placements/year)
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CIRS certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
