Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Present innovative staffing solutions to clients with high-value propositions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (placements, fill rates, client satisfaction)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
