Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and pain points.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end interview-to-offer process, including salary negotiations and contract generation.
- Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future requisitions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to provide competitive salary benchmarks to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
