Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ key Denver-based clients weekly
- Utilize Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline management
- Present data-driven recruitment reports to leadership team bi-weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics through personalized follow-ups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven success placing candidates in Denver's competitive tech/healthcare markets
- Expert knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Valid Colorado driver's license for client meetings (mileage reimbursed)
