Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to interviews to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track applicants and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
