Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search to identify passive candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Relations: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, culture fit, and growth objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and utilize ATS tools effectively to track progress.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks in the Chicago market.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief interviews, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Staffing or Recruitment within an agency environment.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Networking: Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build rapport with passive candidates.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
