Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen applicants, conduct technical interviews, and manage the interview process.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to ensure a seamless placement.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
