Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for full-time technical roles, including SaaS, FinTech, and Healthcare.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social networking tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue through successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (DevOps, Backend, Frontend).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Nav).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Oakland metro area for client meetings.
