Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical and executive positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across Houston's key industries
- Conduct advanced candidate sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage client relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic consultations
- Lead a team of junior recruiters while mentoring on best practices in candidate engagement
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide actionable hiring recommendations
- Implement ATS optimization and process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with technical/IT focus
- Proven track record of placing candidates at director-level and above
- Expertise in Houston's talent market with established industry networks
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrable success with full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches
