Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Project Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and ATS platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and culture alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new placements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
