Responsibilities
- Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation, onboarding support, and contract administration.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Self-Motivation: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
