Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition review to offer acceptance for technical roles.
- Execute aggressive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to build robust talent pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that drive business growth.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contingency or retained recruiting, specifically within the IT or Technical sector.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
