Responsibilities
- Source and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, job boards).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth phone and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build job descriptions.
- Negotiate salary and offer packages to secure top talent.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the sales team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in engineering, IT, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily/weekly targets.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
