In this pivotal role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and placing technical professionals across Engineering, IT, and Operations. Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate flow and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of placing technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong proficiency with social recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
