Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance) within the staffing vertical.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet monthly placement quotas.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a staffing agency, executive search, or high-volume recruitment role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate offers effectively.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
