Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying talent to extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the tech sector.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software engineering, data science, or product management roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
