Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our client portfolio.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
