Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants for client openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and coordinate reference checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or willingness to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
