Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed staffing targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust network of active and passive candidates across various industries.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert market insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct effective client and candidate negotiations to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting hiring goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
