Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical needs and culture.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Offer Management: Navigate complex compensation structures and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT/Engineering landscape (Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Baltimore, MD office.
