Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting on LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Update candidate and client data accurately and in real-time within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Attend local networking events and job fairs to represent Milwaukee Talent Partners.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- A proactive "hunter" mindset with a genuine passion for helping others find their dream jobs.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional client meetings.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed based on client schedules.
