Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify, engage, and attract passive and active candidates for technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Client Relations: Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their technical needs and providing strategic hiring solutions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates and clients through the offer process, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, or Engineering roles.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
