Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across software development, data science, and engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill positions at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and provide weekly performance metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical recruitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the Los Angeles market
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering and software development roles
- Expertise in leveraging Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, React, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
