Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
