Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone and video screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving business needs and project requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure seamless onboarding for both the candidate and the client.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to continuously optimize our sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and candidate attraction efforts.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment or a specialized staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas in a commission-based role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
