Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health.
- Navigate complex contract negotiations and employment agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the IT and Software industry.
- Proven track record of placing hard-to-fill technical roles (Contract or Direct Hire).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong network of contacts within the San Francisco tech ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite interviews.
