Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier software engineers and IT professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 tech clients
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and Boolean sourcing techniques
- Present data-driven recruitment strategies to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing candidates in DevOps, Cloud, and AI roles
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub Jobs, and Dice platforms
- Strong understanding of Charlotte's tech ecosystem (Bank of Tech, Red Ventures)
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with 90% fill rate
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
