Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline activities, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to understand technical requirements and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency experience.
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape and technical roles (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive quotas.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
