Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive research to identify and engage potential candidates across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
