The Role:
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing qualified candidates to closing placements. You will partner with local businesses to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Managing the end-to-end placement process, including contract negotiations and offer letters.
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific workforce needs.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and quotas.
