Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with local Virginia Beach businesses to understand their staffing requirements and project needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with open positions, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the placement process, including contract negotiation and orientation.
- Market Research: Monitor local job market trends to provide valuable insights to our clients.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate and client databases within our internal systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Degree: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
