Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Source and identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the entire hiring pipeline and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency sales.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
