Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA, etc.) using advanced sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from building talent pipelines to extending offers and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for client meetings.
