- Optimize ATS workflows to achieve 90%+ placement efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters on market intelligence and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with NYC-based tech companies
- Proven track record placing senior engineers and architects
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and technical evaluation frameworks
- Deep understanding of NYC tech ecosystem (startups to enterprises)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven mindset
