Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including full stack, backend, frontend, and DevOps roles.
- Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency experience.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
