Responsibilities
- Source & Engage: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique business needs and culture.
- Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet client demands.
