Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify and secure top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing channels to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or technical placement firm.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical domains including .NET, Java, Python, Cloud Computing, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales and placement targets.
