Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outbound outreach to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Raleigh and Triangle area job market and local industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
