Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and recruitment for various industries within the Los Angeles area.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using modern sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client meetings.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is a plus.
