Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, GitHub scraping, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for 15+ enterprise clients
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable compensation and competitive intelligence
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in DC metro area
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and tech stacks
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles/month
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 clients
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
