Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, IT Infrastructure).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients in the San Diego market.
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Manage recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency roles.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a specific timeframe.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong knowledge of the San Diego tech market and local engineering talent pool.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed monthly targets.
