Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search techniques and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates within the North Carolina technology sector.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical assessments to ensure candidate quality.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven success in filling roles in software engineering, IT, and related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Raleigh, NC job market and local employment trends.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
