Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requisitions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relations throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in the Software Development, IT, or Engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and technical interview processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and drive for success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.
