Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across IT, engineering, and data science
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to define recruitment needs and deliver customized talent solutions
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes
- Maintain industry knowledge through continuous learning about emerging technologies and market trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/engineering roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Strong network within Memphis' tech community and established relationships with local universities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
