Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using cutting-edge ATS platforms and Boolean search strategies
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and company culture alignment
- Lead interview processes and make data-driven hiring recommendations
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and market research
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in IT/tech placements
- Expert knowledge of Las Vegas tech market and emerging talent trends
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and key tech stacks
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Track record of exceeding KPIs in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
