Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and professional roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates in the Kansas City area.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs and provide market insights.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, etc.).
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to meet KPI targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
